Yeah ! The more people would tell me i grew up with music , the more i would realise i really grew up with music and i can play it too...Witness is a young 28 years old artist from Martinique and Guadeloupe.
He grew up between Fort-de-France city and Sainte Rose country neighbourhood.
He has been rocked by music eversince his tender chilhood thanks to his father who is a drum player and his mother being fond of singing.
His favourite instrument at the beginning would be the drum but slowly he has learnt how to use his voice in order to express his feelings. He owes a lot to the “Gwo-Ka†masters for their vocal techniques as well as the talented jamaican singers for their music.
Witness started performing as early as 1992 with singers like Nesta, Ashaman then Mighty Kalimba and Gandhi. Today he feels himself ready to share the intimacy of his music with the world. ------------------------------------------------------------

Il a été bercé par la musique dès sa plus tendre enfance grâce à l'influence d'un père percusionniste et d'une mère ferrue de chant. Son instrument de prédilection au départ était le "Ka" puis lentement il appris à utiliser sa voix afin de transmettre ses émotions. Il doit beaucoup aux maîtres Ka pour leurs techniques vocales autant qu'aux talentieux chanteurs jamaïcains pour leur musique.
Le début de son parcours remonte à 1992 avec des chanteurs tels que
Nesta, Ashaman puis Mighty Kalimba et Gandhi et aujourd'hui Witness se sent prêt à partager avec le monde l'intimité de son univers musical.
