Most days, you would have found me at home with my Mommy (Bree), or hamming at up while I accompanied Mommy to work at Live Nation venues, i.e. THE GOTHIC, THE FILLMORE...When I was at work, my Aunt Amy hung out with me and took good care of me! She's awesome!
My Mommy started this page for me in November of 2007 to stay in touch with the music scene, and post pictures of my rock adventures.
On Sunday 1/27/08 at 1:00 a.m. Mommy returned home from work and I was very sick...I had a congenital condition that had never been identified (water on my brain). Mommy took me to Alameda East VCA - the best vets in the whole world. They thought I had pneumonia and tried to take the fluid out of my lungs, but I went into cardiac arrest. The fluid was from my brain because of all the pressure. Pretty soon, not only could I not breathe, but also I had irreversible brain damage from that fluid and pressure in my head. I stopped breathing several times and the vets and techs kept bringing me back. They never gave up on me, and I never gave up -- fighting very, very hard for my life. My Mommy was at my side that whole night, and the next day and evening. Yet she knew by 8:00 p.m. on Sunday 1/27/08 that I would not make it through the next few hours. So I had the best medical care, and my Mommy there. Mommy told them she loved me enough to let me go and be in peace...she held me in her arms as I took my last breath...and I went to the Rainbow Bridge to wait for her...If you are ever at Alameda East in the ICU, look on the wall. You will see my picture because I am the resident "Dog" Angel of Alameda East...
I AM and will always be the Furry Mobster (thanks George Germaine, Guitar God with "Deserves to Die"
!)
Your Karaoke Theme Song is "Baby Got Back"
You're a total show off who is willing to risk looking like a fool to get a few laughs.
In fact, you'll go for the cheap laugh if you need to... because it's better than no reaction!
Your friends can count on you to get a party started, and you'll party hard until you can't remember their names.
You're charismatic, charming, and a total character. With or without a few drinks in you.
You might also sing: "I Touch Myself," "Oops I Did it Again," or "My Humps"
Stay away from people who sing: "Candle in the Wind" What's Your Karaoke Theme Song?
You Are: 70% Dog, 30% Cat
You and dogs definitely have a lot in common.
You're both goofy, happy, and content with the small things in life.
However, you're definitely not as needy as the average dog. You need your down time occasionally. Are You More Cat or Dog?

My Interests

I hope Poppy gets better soon...Remember:

I loved meeting different bands, Lattes at Starbucks (don't you just love milk foam???), playing with my toys, annoying my sister cats, barking, amusing the employees at Alameda East Vet Hospital, visiting with my Aunt Taffy (Kat), Uncle Ruben, my na-na Sharon, pa-pa Jim and all my cousins in Longmont (Noel, Lady, Honey Bunny) Kicking at work at the Filmore or Gothic.. whatever show my mommy and I were booked to work!

I'd like to meet:

I met so many wonderful people in my lifetime. First, there was Bree - my Mommy, my companion, my soulmate. She misses me so much. I had Na-Na Sharon, the best grandma ever, and Pa-Pa Jim. I used to play with Lady and Noel and got so excited when I knew I was going to my "home" in Longmont.

I went crazy when I was with my Aunt Amy at work...I was Kat (AKA Aunt Taffy's) "Suave Man"...Uncle Ruben's "Fluffy"...and best of all, I was Amara's "Geeko".

And last, but certainly not least, was Dr. Erin Miller with Alameda East Vet Hosp. She was the best Dr. in the whole world - she and all the staff at Alameda East Veterinary Hospital took such good care of me...

I loved so many people, and they loved and still love me more than I can ever know...I will miss them, but I am in their hearts and their minds. I left my paw prints on their souls...and I will see them again, someday...
