Born and raised in Dovercourt England, but have lived in the US for over 20 years now. I'm a huge fitness buff.....and I love it when 20 somethings come into the gym and can't keep up with me. I've been teaching aerobics for almost 20 years now and love it. Some of my passions are taking cruises, but I never seem to go enough. Mexico being a favorite vacation spot of mine. And....I am a HUGE Tom Jones fan. I own every record!! I love my children and grandchildren and most times I spoil them..... but, what grandparent doesn't ???
