About Me

Let's see. To describe me you'd have to understand my love for my friends and my family. And of course..my little man, Oz-low. They are my world. I love writing, reading and overall being creative. I have been known to draw, paint and do the occasional sculpting. I love psychology, the human mind and why we do/feel the way we do is so fascinating. I am currently working on my Master's in Social Work (because lets face it, I wouldn't last 2 seconds in med school--all those dead people and blood!) and I work at a psychiatric hospital with adjudicated children. I am in love with my IPOD and music in general, though I prefer a live show anyday. I have a growing obession with Anderson Cooper 360, and fullfilling my need to see The Red Hot Chili Peppers live. I see each day as a learning experience to become a better person, to wish on the stars and grow. This layout was handmade with love by the folks at My space or yours? Go get one!

My Interests

Likes: hanging out with Oz-low, reading, writing, basketball games (go Cav's!), hanging out with my 4 year old niece and 2 year old nephew, chillin' with my brother, music, psychology stuff, anything Wizard of Oz, listening to Rob Bell and the fact my bathroom is finally painted!!Dislikes: People who do not know how to work a four way stop, anyone who is part of cutting government funding for mental health programs, rumors, negativity and mayo.

Books:

"Devil Wears Prada," "Running With Scissors," "Still Life With Woodpecker," "Harvesting the Heart," "Captavating" and "Flowers in the Attic" are a few of my fav's. Though I love books about psych stuff like: "Prozac Nation" and "Running With Scissors." I average about 2 books a week, so if you have any suggestions..
