Originally, from New Jersey and now based in the San Francisco Bay Area, singer/songwriter Rebecca Jensen has a 10-year history in the independent music scene. Combining folk, pop, progressive acoustic rock, neo-soul and jazz, Rebecca Jensen has developed a stellar grab bag of original songs and a rock-solid live show both as a solo performer and with a band. Performing on acoustic and electric guitars, vocals, keyboards and percussion, Rebecca self-produced her debut album, When Magnets Collide in 1998 and also her second release, Byupe in 2002. Set for release in September 2006, a new album entitled THE STILL SUMMER SKY features seven unforgettable original songs creatively arranged and co-produced by Rebecca and drummer Sean Flanegan of the progressive rock band, Enchant (www.myspace.com/enchantband).
