This bio was originally written in the first person. But that still seems to confuse some so Im presenting it in the 3rd person.Mojo(Moe) was born and raised in rural Illinois. And he passed away in Rural Illinois. He had Succumb to leukemia. He didn't live long enough But he did have alot of fun while he was here. He loved playing music, being outdoors, cooking for friends and family the river and a campfires, good whiskey fine wine, beautiful women and just being with his family and my friends. He was everything from a butcher, trucker, Ironworker and welder. But everyone loved to hear him sing and play the guitar. He messed around with the harmonica for awhile and could play the piano just fine. But the guitar was His insturment of choice. That guitar made him lots of friends and introduced him to alot of wonderful people . It was a good ride. He was signed at one point with Hal Wallis Studios and was slated for a nation wide hotel circuit. But for various reasons both buisness and personel that didn't fly. He made alot of his own music in the 60's but those tapes have so far been lost. IN the 70s he moved to Northern Wisconsin. (Merrill) Had real good luck with bands up that way . These were all cover bands. The music from that time and some after are still around. He Moved back to Illinois in the late 80's still played some, but more for friends. Than actual gigs. So this site is a dedication to his journey through music and the fun he had. And is a dedication to those whos songs he sang. And also to his family and friends who miss listening. As well as to anyone out there who lost a loved one too soon to Cancer. Hopefully some of those above mentioned will hear his voice, again or for the first time. He is gone now and this is not a promotion of anything or anybodys songs only a memorial.
Enjoy ,
Sincerly the family of Mojo
