Charlette Delbo: a french resistance member who survived the Nazi Concentration camps and wrote amazing poetry and prose "fiction" about it. My Morning Jacket, bjork is a goddess or something... peter gabriel often reaches great heights... oh, oh, Loscil is a really great noise/electronica/ambient project. great stuff, i love it. spacey... Morrissey is a great love of mine.

I LOVE SQUIDBILLIES! You don't understand, I know these, uh, characters and am related to many of them. It brings me great joy to see they've made it to the tiny screen with proper recognition. I do stipulatize, of course, my discouragementing associating with such ethics.Other TV: too much. it's a disease. 24. Lost. Law and Order is TV Crack--i don't even like it... sigh. news--so i can continuously be reminded of how horrible the main stream media is at reporting facts as opposed to spin.

the people who cared for me and protected me at my lowest when absolutely no one else, including other family and my now ex-husband, did: Drake, my maternal grandmother, my maternal grandfather, and my mom. Unconditional love. It really is all that matters when the cards are down and your life, maybe even your freedom (yes, I believe I, oddly, just valued freedom over life... I will have to think on that), is at stake.
