Band Members:Gary was a child prodigy.
Gary plays every instrument on his own records but he performs live with 12 of the finest musicians that you might find anywhere on this earth.â€The 12 apostlesâ€, he refers to them, followed by his signiture infectious chuckle.
On stage, they attempt to emulate Garys' extraordinary musical achievements in the studio. Some unusual instruments Gary has mastered are the Boigeen and the Appalachian Diggeridoo. Gary took to them like a natural. He developed a wire pulling technique in which he displays an extraordinary dexterity and flexibility. He loves to play with them alone, undisturbed, on the tour bus. Also an expert in quality control, Gary released only one of his first 5 albums. The one we have come to know and love. He gave copies of his other 4 albums to 143 of his closest friends and family on condition they don't take the celophane wrappers off until the day after his funeral. Such is his generosity.
Yes, we have so much to look forward to, Gary Goodo.
Influences: Gary Goodo is not influenced by other artists. He is truly unique. One of a kind.
He listens only to his inner voice. His music and songs come from totally within his own being.
He feels that had he been born 40 years earlier, he would have influenced Elvis, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, U2, Bruce, 50 cent, Jay Z, to be better artists, to pull it out of themselves a bit more.
