J. P. Jones + Wood Is Good

About Me

The name of the band is WOOD IS GOOD. The name of the J.P. is John Paul Jones. The name of the record is "Fall and Fire." Special guests include Hot Sean Greenhalgh + Luscious Lee Sargent + Powerhaus Tyler Sargent of some band named Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, and Thee Gabriel Lee Levine of Takka Takka. ORIGINAL cover art by Robert Pollard. Yes, THAT Robert Pollard. Interior art by Karen Finley, detail from my psychic portrait. Yep. The album was recorded at Fireproof Studio Brooklyn and engineered by Adam Lasus. Head Silver Jew David Berman says "The record sounds sensational," so really most everything else is just gravy.
