I'm currently in the midst of "Shout!" by Phillip Norman, perhaps the foremost authority on all things Beatles, "Stairway to Heaven," written by Led Zeppelin's road manager Richard Cole, and I'm looking forward to Nikki Sixx's "Heroin Diaries."
It is perhaps the end-all of cliches, but I find heroic the quality of truth to oneself.
