So I guess it's about time I put something other than quotes up in this section. I'm not really one for self description. I think human beings are some of the least self aware creatures on the planet so who am I to tell you who I am? I can tell you what I like and how I think though.First of all I love people. From interactions to observations, people are my favorite thing on this planet. I'm a huge fan of the whole global village idea. I hate nationalism. I don't buy into consumerism, or capitalism or anything that pits one person against the next. I'm a humanist. O bailan todos o no bailan nadie! I think that by working for the improvement of the whole we better the individual, namely ourselves. I'm a world traveler, and have no real plans of ever "settling down." I love the outdoors, but I also love the city. I live in Seattle now and it's amazing. Twenty minutes and I can't see one sign of civilization. I love music and think it moves us as a species in a very unique way. I hate money and think it's entire concept continues to poison us and our sense of what is important in life. For the most part I'm an anticonventionalist. I grew up accepting most of the things around me for what they were without really challenging anything so I suppose I'm still up on the other side of that pendulum swing but hopefully settling down somewhere in the middle. There's a lot more I could say but I'll leave that for when we talk.
