Look Within was founded in Nashville in 2003 by Magnus Hallberg (Sweden) and Sherry Garland (USA). The songwriting duo’s goal is to create songs with meaning and great messages. Magnus’s background being in Classical music and Sherry’s roots being based in country might seem like a strange combination but the duo’s unique sound has quickly generated many gold and platinum releases. By both being inspirational writers they feel a song should start in the heart. Then using their “opposite†backgrounds they like to perfect the details within the lyric and music. They don’t settle until the song is “thereâ€. They’ve also signed material by writers like: David Kirchner, Ira Rogers and Tony Tanner who’s songs they felt met that Look Within "criteria". The great international interest in their catalog is now culminating with major world wide releases to come in 2009.
