About Me

Alright. So. First off, hi. Now then, if you're new here, I'm nearly 29 now, so you've got a lot of catching up to do. I've tried to make this place as representative of me as possible. If you already know me, please tell me just how representative of me this place is. :)
I'm a pretty multifaceted human being. I have many interests, and lead a life that usually allows me to explore as many of them as possible. I'm thankful for that. For the most part, I enjoy my life. No one's is perfect, and we all have things we wish would change, but like it or not, the only one capable of making those changes is ourselves. ...I keep trying to remind myself of that.
Buuut anyway, you're here because I'm here, so how about I shut up about my philosophies for a moment and tell you about who I am, and what I do.
First and foremost: Thanks for looking me up and stopping by.
What I do for a living:
I'm primarily a professional actor. At present, I work with the Hanlon Lee's Action Theater for about half of their yearly touring schedule. When I work with them, I'm cast as a squire in their shows, and I routinely get the opportunity to perform in front of thousands of people per show, 3 shows a day, two days a week. It's pretty sweet. When I'm not with the Lee's, I also function in somewhat of a theater administration role at the Arizona Renaissance Festival, where I've been a member of their Production Staff for 3 years now. Moving forward, I am looking into getting more involved in local Arizona theater companies and productions.
When I'm not acting, I am also a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist, and continue to maintain my regular clientèle in the Phoenix area. I also take this work on the road at the festivals I visit, working on fellow actors, etc.
In addition to all of that, I'm also a professional web designer. My business partner and I focus primarily on providing low-cost, high-quality solutions to small businesses and entrepreneurs, as we believe these are the people who need it the most but can rarely afford it.
Among the websites I work on, I am the webmaster of WM3.org , a site dedicated to the public education of the injustices of the three men accused of heinous crimes they did not commit.
Damien, Jason and Jessie need your help, and they need it right now.
I'm also a professional photographer, with a wide array of shots featuring a diverse style and approach. Check out the slideshow above for samples. Also, you can view most of my older work over at ARTish.org: HERE
Who I am: I enjoy reading books and listening to a myriad of different music (check out the rest of this profile for specifics). I'm a movie FANATIC. I enjoy playing computer and console games when spare time permits. I also enjoy Aikido and indoor rock climbing .
I'm a registered Libertarian . This means I'm generally socially liberal, and fiscally conservative. This is something I tend to boil down like this, "I want to do and say whatever I want, wherever I want so long as I don't injure or harm anyone else in the process, and I want to keep the money that I earn, so I can spend or donate it in any way that I wish."
Beyond that, if you have a question, just ask it. I don't care how blunt it may be. I appreciate people who are up front and down-to-business.
Life is Short: Live Hard, Play Hard, Love Hard.

My Interests

Choose Life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a fucking big television, choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players and electrical tin openers. Choose good health, low cholesterol, and dental insurance. Choose fixed interest mortgage repayments. Choose a starter home. Choose your friends. Choose leisurewear and matching luggage. Choose a three-piece suite on hire purchase in a range of fucking fabrics. Choose DIY and wondering who the fuck you are on a Sunday morning. Choose sitting on that couch watching mind-numbing, spirit-crushing game shows, stuffing fucking junk food into your mouth. Choose rotting away at the end of it all, pishing your last in a miserable home, nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, fucked up brats you spawned to replace yourself.

Choose your future.

Choose life.

O.o.O.o.O.o.O.o.O.o.O.o.O

My Interests:
Theatrical Jousting, Massage Therapy, Photography, Books, Music of all genres, Movies, Theater, Improv acting, Games, Horses and a plethora of other random crap.

If this bothers you, it might be time to change your life. Because as blunt as this 'Fight Club' reference is, it's true - Life is short, and you WILL die. Enjoy what you have, while you have it.You are not a beautiful and unique snowflake. You are the same decaying organic matter as everything else. We are all part of the same compost heep...You are not the contents of your wallet. You are not the clothes you wear. You are not the car you drive. You are not your bowel cancer. You are not your grande latte. You are not your bank account... I say, never let me be content. I say, deliver me from Swedish furniture. I say, deliver me from clever art. I say, deliver me from clear skin and perfect teeth...This is your life, it doesn't get any better than this. This is your life, and it's ending one minute at a time...You have to let go. You have to understand that someday you will die. Until you do this, you are useless...It's only after destruction, that we can be resurrected. It's only after you've lost everything that you are free to do anything...Where you are now, you can't even imagine what the bottom will be like...You have to let go. You have to give up...This is your life, good to the last drop. This is your life...and it's ending one minute at a time.

I'd like to meet:

Revamping this section. Stay tuned. :)

Music:

A myriad of different music, excluding only hiphop-style rap & strict country. Old school rap is no problem (Beasties etc). I tend to sway towards obscure talent and AWAY from top 40, in any market. Some of my favorites include, but are not limited to: Bob Dylan (told you Tammy), Caroline Spine, Scott Matthew, The White Stripes, The Shins, Damien Rice, Alanis Morissette, Beastie Boys, old Korn, classic Metallica, NIN, She Wants Revenge, Pearl Jam (all of it), John Digweed, Paul Oakenfold, The Raconteurs, Blue October, Ingrid Michaelson, Iron Maiden, Johnny Cash, Ray Charles, The Beatles.

Movies:

Gross Pointe Blank , Garden State , High Fidelity , Cradle Will Rock , A Few Good Men , Fight Club , O Brother Where Art Thou , V For Vendetta , The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, first Matrix , Star Trek 6 , Secretary , Cold Mountain , Capote , Donnie Darko (Hey Tammy, thanks for the reminding me about this one! LOL), Munich , Iron Monkey , Hero , Pulp Fiction and A Beautiful Mind . To name a few.

Television:

24, Mythbusters, Scrubs, House, Californication, Weeds, Lost (I'm a total addict now dammit), Chuck, Life, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Inside the Actor's Studio, Firefly

Books:

Anything by Raymond E. Feist, a select few from David Eddings, anything from JK Rowling, Robert A. Heinlein (particularly 'The Moon is a Harsh Mistress'), anything from Dan Brown, 'Devil's Knot: The True Story of the West Memphis Three' by Mara Leveritt. Anything written by Jon Stewart, Calvin and Hobbes. Oh, and lest we forget: Tom Robbins - especially 'Still Life With Woodpecker'.

Heroes:

Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin & Jessie Misskelley Jr.

Lorri Davis for having the courage and iron will to both marry Damien, IN PRISON, and fight tooth and nail to free him ever since.

Kathy Bakken, Burk Sauls and Grove Pashley of WM3.org for never faltering. Never waivering. Never giving up (hope or otherwise). For doing something few others on this planet will ever have the balls to do.

Stand up and fight.
