About Me


Hailing from Cheshire, the five piece post-hardcore act ‘The Last Alive’ blend a range of genres and styles to create a powerful and intense sound. Taking the speed and aggression from hardcore and fusing it with the melody and inventive trimmings found in the indie culture. Citing bands such as Glassjaw and Thursday as direct influences, the band craft a sound layering atmospheric guitar lines, powerful fast paced drumming and yearning, bile ridden vocals moving effortlessly from light and shade. With the main objective being to create music as real as it is hard hitting, honesty is something to be valued, cutting the fat from today’s weak fashion led music scene and uniting to create strong relatable music.
