The Name Says it All (just kidding)..LOL...Dont let the name fool you...I am a very humble person who is just having a little fun...lol...Hmm..where do I start...I consider myself to be a very laidback, sweet, emotional, caring, sensitive, prissy but humble person who is trying to find her way in life spiritually, emotionally, and financially. But if I were to describe myself in one word it would be genuine. I am a genuinley nice person. There is just too much negativety in the world, and not enough people who are genuine, so I try my best to treat others the way I would want to be treated, even if it is just a compliment, a hug, or a smile. You never know who could have been having the worst day, and your smile is what gave them the comfort that they needed to get through the day. Is there another side to me? LOL..Of course! I'm a true LIBRA so I can be moody at times (Its the Scales...LOL) and I can have a bit of a temper when I feel slighted or done wrong...but even when I'm mad I still try to maintain the values that my parents and my faith has taught me. I am extremely family-oriented, and whether near or far I keep my family close to my heart. Although I may appear to be withrawn upon an initial meeting, I am very talkative once I get a chance to know you...I just need to scope people out for a little while before began to socialize. I am very friendly to those who are friendly to me..lol... and I love to smile : )...when I smile it just makes me feel like there are no worries in the world, it makes me feel free...I have a sincere love for nature and animals...I know this sounds corny...lol...but it gives me such pleasure to watch the sunrise and to hear the birds chirping....to see the stars glaze at night...it reminds me just how beautiful God's creation can be.
I am 26 years old (shhh dont tell anybody...LOL) but I consider myself to be such a child at heart...My childhood was the happiest years of my life...no problems, no worries, not a care in the world. Not to mention, my childhood brings me such beautiful memories of my dad before he passed away from cancer ...being in touch with my inner child makes me live out those wonderful memories, it erases the world around me, and makes that little girl with the bright smile come out and shine...so its not uncommon for me to do childlike things like go to Disney world or watch kiddie movies or even act silly from time to time...sometimes you have to let that inner child live....it is very invigorating!
Anyhow aside from that there is a serious side to me... I am a graduate of Rider University. I graduated with double honors in Computer Information Systems, and currently I am a Project Coordinator at a major consultant firm. I plan on entering a Master's Program in 2007 where I will finally work towards getting my MBA.
In my spare time, I like to check out castings in NYC to see whats going on in the fashion world. I am a former Teen Miss USA contestant and have appeared briefly on Saturday Night Live in 2004. I was also recently selected as a finalist in The Black Men's Magazine Natural Beauty Of The Year Contest, where I placed Top 10 in the competition! I normally dont talk about this stuff, but since this is MY SPACE then I guess I'll toot my own horn for a minute, lol.
