La Honorable Sororidad Zeta Phi Sigma se fundo en el ano 1965 en la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Ponce. Esta Sororidad se compone de diferentes capÃtulos en diferentes universidades acreditadas como Mayagüez,Ponce,Utuado, San Juan y Arecibo.
