* Eager. Motivated. Inspired.
* Educated. Confident. Knowledgeable.
* i am contradicting in my beliefs, but infallible in my actions. i dont believe in religion, yet i believe in a higher power. i believe in order, yet i believe order does not exist without chaos. i do not believe we were put on this earth to make a difference, but i do believe in making differences that change people's lives, however minute or major.
* i do not trust easily, and i have many faults. i believe that trust is now few and far between and true love hardly exists anymore. i believe that one will never forget and never stop loving thier first love.
* i believe that regret is regrettable, since the past cannot be changed, although it might have been what we wanted at the time. i believe that there is a certain way to obtain justice, and that revenge is sometimes the answer.
* i believe in love in its purest form...one without doubt or impurities...which contains all that is happiness and where one's faults are not one's flaws, but are beautiful. i now believe that this type of love exists, because i experience it every day with Vinny.
* i believe in supernatural and astrological approaches to life, and some readings of greek mythology; hence the tattoos on my ankles. i believe in Indian and Buddhist approaches to serenity and spirituality, as well as scientific aspects of evolution and "creation." i believe in fate and reincarnation and that although we cannot control our fate, we can control how we react to the outcome of our situations in a way that may create a better karma surrounding our lives.
i am a believer in most things. most times, though, i do not believe in myself.
* i have a place in my heart for all military personnel. i am partial to the air force, marine corps and army, just because i have had more experiences with some of the people, but military men and women have my utmost respect and empathy. my heart goes out to everyone who directly experienced the effects of 9 / 11, families of casualties, and of the deployed as well. i make an effort to acknowledge every military man / woman i come across, and shake their hand.
* i believe that our earth is disintegrating before our eyes, and we are to blame. i believe that if everyone in the world just TRIED HARDER to preserve our environment, we could make a difference. what i really do not understand is when people say, "it's not gonna happen in our lifetime," in regards to the ice caps and glaciers eventually melting, the ozone becoming thinner and thinner, and fatal global warming. It doesn't matter when it's going to happen, all that matters is that it IS going to happen eventually if we don't do anything about it. If we don't adjust our lifestyle, our Earth will eventually no longer support life. I don't condone littering, i hate SUVs, i hate water waste, i hate when people don't recycle, i hate products that contain CFCs, i hate unnecessary pollution (like sitting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes), and i hate that wild animals are going extinct because of us. I think if everyone just tried a little harder to take CARE of our earth, our children and grandchildren's lives may be safer than what their future looks like today. It's not that hard to recycle. It's not that hard to turn the water off while you brush your teeth, or in between washing dishes or washing your car. It's not that hard to NOT over-water your lawn. It's not that hard to walk to a garbage can and throw your garbage away, or pick up a piece of trash off the ground and throw it away. It's becoming much more affordable to buy hybrid and electric cars, and pretty soon, we'll all hopefully be driving one. It's not that hard to buy hairspray and cleaning products that don't contain CFCs or ozone-depleting chemicals. It's not that hard to put your dishwasher or washing machine and dryer on the "energy saver" setting. It's not that hard to turn off your lights or tv when you leave a room. It would be SO EASY to help the environment if everyone just did what they could to help...an easy, small contribution to our environment that will potentially benefit the Earth in the long run. People need to stop being so SELFISH and LAZY and DO THEIR PART TO HELP instead of being fat, ignorant assholes. Do something for someone else. Do something for your planet! Please! And practice living in peace.
* above all, what i believe in the most are the people who love me, and the people i love.
**People:
-Be real! Open your minds! What does judgement do for you? Being non-judgemental is beautiful. Get to know someone.
