About Me

......FB.init("99289e6a50652e81b8a158bb392b390a");...... Daniella Maria on FacebookI'm in a continuing accident...probably since I was conceived:) Music and I have been teasing each other to get involved over the years, from bunking off school to busk on high streets to the teenage trend of backing singing in a rock band which eventually matured into singing in a Dub reggae band.....finally after art school I gave in and fell in to the opportunity to write some music articles for a magazine as a favour.....which accidentally resulted in a free day in the fab Alchemy Studios recording my homegrown songs for an article...the result of which you can hear (Whiskey Dreams/Make Believe). The feedback was so enthusiastic from the songs we recorded that day, it bolstered my nerve and I've carried on writing and playing my guitar which has the pro's and con's of any long term relationship:) I've been running a weekly acoustic night for over a year now, which has taught me loads about leads, sound and compering...plus the highs and lows I think everyone shares of performing and I've met some great inspirational people who have continued to coax me out of my shell and encourage me to put more music out there! I've invested in a MAC now so the process continues and as I learn about recording, mixing and mastering I'm uploading my tunes so hopefully you'll notice improvement as time goes on!!! One last thing - I must say thanks to everyone who has believed in me by giving me a little help over each hurdle, and there have been quite a few:) Peace, keep it real, play what you feel n feel what you play. Dani X
