Band Website: we're too cheap to get one!!
Band Members: Ron "Doc" Morse: guitar, slide, vocals;
Uncle Martin Hansen: bass, vocals;
Rev. Shane Scott: drums, vocals, attitude!!
Influences: Let's face it, we've got more influences between us than a Las Vegas hooker has johns during a sex maniac convention. And as our memories are getting fuzzier every year, this list will probably change from time to time in case we forget someone, or find someone new. So here goes nothing!!Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Waylon Jennings, Elvis (Presley and Costello), Bob Wills, Buck Owens, Merle Haggard, Ray Price, Charlie Feathers, Link Wray, Duane Eddy, The Ventures, Eddie Cochran, The Shadows, Buddy Holly, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, The Collins Kids, Sleepy Labeef, Lonnie Mack, Gene Vincent, Ronnie Hawkins, Dale Hawkins, Bo Diddley, Howlin Wolf, Muddy Waters, The Carter Family, T-Bone Walker, Elmore and Homesick James, Maddox Brothers and Rose, Hound Dog Taylor, J.B. Hutto, The Beatles, The Who, The KInks, Small Faces, The Rolling Stones, (Peter Green's) Fleetwood Mac, John Mayall, The Yardbirds, Joe Morello, Earl Palmer, The Standells, The Sonics, The Easybeats, The Surfaris, Dick Dale, The Chantays, Commander Cody and his Lost Planet Airmen, NRBQ, The Raspberries, The Beat Farmers, Long Ryders, Bill Kirchen, Tommy Allsup, Dave Edmunds, Nick Lowe, Rockpile, Dr. Feelgood, Redd Volakaert, Roy Buchanan, Danny Gatton, Los Straitjackets, Dale Watson, The Mockers, The Morrells, The Ramones, The Sex Pistols, AC/DC, The Dictators, Wayne "The Train" Hancock, The Byrds, Neil Young and Crazy Horse, BB, Albert and Freddy King, Jimmy Vaughn, CCR, Brian Setzer, Albert Lee, George Thorogood, Southern Culture on the Skids, Deadbolt, and more..The following bands have influenced us what NOT to do: Journey, Styx, REO Speedwagon, Foreigner, Kansas, Air Supply (you get the idea!)
Sounds Like: Imagine a '52 Caddy containing Johnny Cash, Howlin Wolf, and Carl Perkins hurtling down a dirt road at 90 miles an hour. Now, imagine a '50 Oldsmobile Rocket 88 containing Link Wray, Buck Owens and Elmore James hurtling in the opposite direction at 90 miles an hour down the same dirt road, with Neil Young, The Who and Eddie Cochran standing by to watch the crash. Not pretty perhaps, but hey, that's us.
