About Me

Well, I went to college, graduated, taught English in Japan for two years, got the travel bug, came back, bummed around, and joined the Air Force. College turned me into a science geek who can appreciate the use of science to accomplish cool things like blowing things up and getting people to not be such assholes to each other, Japan taught me about how to love traveling, and the Air Force is teaching me how to kick terrorist ass and fold some meeeeeaaaaann hospital corners.
I can generally keep the blood vessels in my head from bursting with a combination of photography, listening to good music, attempting to play good music, and karaoke (which, unfortunately, I don't do nearly as much as I should).
I joined the Air Force in May of '07 and I shipped out to basic training as an airborne cryptologic linguist apprentice on October 30th, 2007. After getting hurt and being stuck in basic training purgatory (319th huuaah!) for two months, I finally graduated in February of '08. As of now I'm in Aircrew Undergraduate school. After that I'll be sent off to learn a language at the DLI (Defense Language Institute) at Monterey, survival school, cryptologic school, and after about two years I'll be officially out of training.
For those interested I'm still planning my motorcycle tour through Europe. Don't you worry, I'm not gonna give up on that one so easily.
If you want to know any more you'll have to take me out for a drink!
