Mike Game: Before I Embarass Myself

Straight from the bottom, the crib, the dirty dirty, Mike Game is straight from Miami, FL. Well, kinda, was born and semi-raised there, now lives in Wichita, KS. Born in the late 80's, Mike could be considered an 80's baby, but loves the 90's. Mike Game is no stranger to struggle of any sorts. Not only a former corner boy ducking and dodging from the law back in the day, Mike is also a member of the United States Army. So he knows a thing or two about a thing or two. Founding Illprint in 2003, with classmates K Sleep n Crysist, Mike has steadily put the music and his people first. Before Illprint, there was HBC, Hot Block Crew. HBC was formed with fellow members Lil D and Short Dogg back in Miami. Though the team would be disbanded in 2001 when Mike made that move to the Great Plains. As an MC, Mike has spent 10 years writing his rhymes down in various notebooks, napkins, paper towels, little cousin's coloring books, and of course the composition book. But as a recording artist, Mike only has from 2003 onward under his belt. Hip Hop is the main concern of Mike, but no where near his meal ticket. Mike holds down a 9 to 5 along with his duties as U.S. Army Reservists. The biggest mouth in town belongs to Mike Game, getting into beef with local acts who happen to just not be as good. Despite his attraction to confrontation, he has a strong fellowship with many acts such as Royalty, Ceza Dejanero, Yolie, T Spence, and Scrub Club. Mike only brings the best to the table, and is really a master of all styles. Since debuting his first mixtape "P.L.O. Style", Mike has been carving his niche as the go-to MC. Shortly after October 2006's release of "P.L.O. Style" Mike shipped off to basic training, and by July of 07 the streets have been asking for him to give them exactly what they need. October was supposed to see the release of his sophmore effort "Mr. 07 Til Infinity" but legal troubles and turmoil within his circle post-poned it. The mixtape does exists, and very few people have a copy. Mike has developed a work ethic like no other, but has also caught a case of musicial a.d.d. Mike Game represents ones true self. Everything from Mike is real life no gimmicks. Im not going to sit here and try to prove how thug I am, because I am not. I am a top caliber MC, but rather just have fun.
