Entries will be posted to both the player and the playlist / artist links segment (to the right) in the order they're recieved.
2) Listeners post "ballots" by way of COMMENTs regarding the music they've most enjoyed.
Even negative comments count as a vote ;)
3) On a monthly basis the most popular track from each region (there are currently 17, internationally) will be compiled and published as a podcast.
