It's very different from membership-based group or organization since it's intentionally ephemeral and not directed towards any fixed identity (how much of a difference the project can encompass - that is its hidden ambition). Therefore its identity entirely depends on the project (and its collaborators) The SCR organizes at a particular moment. So far the most stable element of the project is its name.
