The Red Bullets

About Me

The Red Bullets have been described as 'an intelligent offbeat pop band with a twist of rock' and are commited to songwriting, excellent musicianship and giving their audiences a good time. The band consists of brothers Pete Edwards and Mark Edwards, Mark Wheeler who has played with Pete and Mark in various bands and Kyle Hall, who met Mark Edwards at Drum/Guitar tech in London. Pete Edwards has been working as a solo artist for the past 8 years, writing predominantly with lyricist John Bailey who has joined Pete to write for The Red Bullets. The tracks on this page are regularly updated and we try and ensure new material is quickly aired to our audience in readiness for our live gigs. The Red Bullets are always touring extensively and are often described as 'the best live band I've ever seen!', so come and join the party. A few quotes...
"Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the Red Bullets last night. Congratulations - excellent show! Really strong and centred. You were great, and so was all the band. All really strong players. It was also obvious how much you'd put into the production aspects of the show. I loved the harmonica player located in the niche above the stage .... I didn't even know that space existed!!"
Rod Argent (The Zombies/Argent)
"Over the course of the weekend, the big names were outshone by their less famous counterparts... Musical highlights included talented four piece Palladium who delighted the crowd with a popular Nirvana cover and contemporary rockers The Red Bullets who rocked the Big Top Stage"
BBC article on the Wychwood Festival 2008 (www.bbc.co.uk)
"These boys are the future!"
Bernie Marsden (Whitesnake)
"I can’t encourage you enough to get hold of this EP and allow it to become part of your life. And, yes, I know superlatives are easily coined but they are rarely as well deserved as this. Finally all I can say is try to catch these guys live if you can. They should be massive and it’s not a question of if, it’s a question of when, and it will be soon."
