Fiona Locke was born just outside Dublin, Ireland into a home filled with harmony. It was evident from an early age that her greatest passion would be music. By the time she was six, she was writing songs and performing for anyone who would listen. It was a few years later, after her family had relocated to the United States, that Fiona would start to look at music as a career.She started performing as the lead singer of Tinkers Daughter, an eclectic Celtic rock band that became hugely successful in its hometown of West Palm Beach, and was soon playing a steady 6 nights a week to packed houses, from the local Irish pub to major music festivals, sharing stages with a wide variety of talented acts such as Melissa Etheridge, Black 47, and The Baha Men, just to name a few. Billboard magazine made special mention of Fiona and gave the band an amazing review: Best new Original Artist.Always striving to grow and keep things creatively fresh Fiona felt compelled to revisit her Irish roots, so, she and the band took a giant leap of faith, and moved to Ireland with the money they made selling their independently released album Live at the Hill.This proved to be the right decision. Within one year the band was voted Best Band by the Guinness Entertainer of the Year. A few short months later, she and her band won 1st place in RTEs Search for a Star, the Irish equivalent of American Idol. This led to many recording sessions, live radio airplay and numerous late night TV appearances.Fiona has now returned to the US as a solo artist, and teamed up with talented musician/ producer Adam Williams, formerly a member of the platinum selling rock band Powerman 5000. Fiona and Adam have had one of their first pieces of music written together placed in The Danny Devito film, The Oh in Ohio. In one short year, they have written and produced an impressive collection of diverse songs that are filled with passion and vision. This is just the beginning
