most. i'm pretty open minded when it comes to music.
also most. there's a time and place for all film i think. except maybe horror films. i don't really do those. i'm a wuss, what can i say.
i can tell you the plot of most episodes of friends. i've gotten better at keeping it out of conversations, but it has seeped into my brain subconsciously apparently. i unknowingly bought the same teapot that monica has recently. other than that, the tv is usually just background noise for me. i also turn it on sometimes when i leave so my anxious pup won't hear street or hallway noise and bark or get nervous.
currently reading: the audacity of hope (barack obama) - i guess you could say i'm really listening to this, since it's an audiobook. i bought it to occupy the time on my drive from chicago to seattle, but since i only drove for a day and two hours, i didn't get very far. i started over on the bus recently.recently: practical magic (alice hoffman)- newly added to my favorites list; half asleep in frog pajamas (tom robbins) - my favorite robbins book thus far; citizen girl (the women who wrote the nanny diaries) - okay. quick, mindless read; island of the sequined love nun and the stupidest angel (both christopher moore) - these are great. christopher moore is a completely unique, and really odd, writer. i love the way he thinks; jitterbug perfume (tom robbins) - didn't change my life like it did sara's, but it was a good introduction to tom robbins; the glass castle (jeannette walls) - excellent and sad. i can't wait to read her next one; still life with woodpecker (tom robbins) - my second favorite tom robbins book. i also quit even cowgirls get the blues halfway through (another tom robbins). i just couldn't get into it.
