WE ONLY BOOK BANDS THAT MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA -SOLID ROCK Youth Center is an outreach ministry of the local Victory Assembly of God in Newcomerstown. We strive to solicit performances from bands whose members have a firm commitment to Jesus Christ.The purpose of SOLID ROCK Youth Center is to provide the youth of the village of Newcomerstown and surrounding areas
with recreational and educational activities within a Christian-based structured environment.The goal of the directors, staff, and volunteers of SOLID ROCK Youth Center is to let the kids know we value them and
