Hello,My name is Kim Stone and I've been a dedicated electric and upright bass player all my life. I started playing rock music like Jimi Hendrix and Grand Funk Railroad but close to my 16th birthday I heard Miles Davis and his band play live in Denver, Co. and it changed my life. Later on when I had moved out of my parents house I hooked up with a house mate that had a huge jazz record collection where I received even further jazz studies.I been very lucky to have played and recorded with some great folks such as Spyro Gyra, Rippingtons, Larry Carlton, B.B.
