The Regal Kings is the new band of Charlie Seymour and Chris Weston,the founding members of The Burial who were a pioneering Ska/Punk band formed back in 1981. See The Burial
They are joined on bass by Olivier Sow from the Catalan Ska band "The Barnalites" JC Vivron, ex guitarist from G-String and the French band Skarface. Wonderboy Martin Mayer on drums and the multi talented P.P.Mayer keyboards.
We'll be playing some dates very soon and will release our debut Cd towards the end of the year. In the meantime "Welcome and thanks for your support". We'll be adding music,info,photo's and artwork to this site regularly as time goes on so check back often and keep in touch.
We recently spent a couple of days in DGD studios in Paris where we recorded these 4 songs live with Nico Roy as engineer. The idea was to give an idea of what we sound like live, so that you can imagine the show when you either book us or come to see us, and not to go for the perfect recording and the big production. Yet!)
