If your into working out, or need help with getting in shape etc. then I'm your guy. I live to help people get in shape. If you pay attention to your bulletins, from time to time I post workout videos and articles, I used to do it every day, but i ran out of information and videos, but I will post again when i come up with something new. 12/17/81 - I was born
-not much happened here, just born, pretty self explanitory...
12/17/81 - 12/92 - lived in Amityville
-3/18/84 - my brother Rob was born
-went to school in Amityville until I was in 6th grade
-spent my weekends fishing at the park, visiting family and hanging out with freinds
12/92 - 10/17/99 - lived in Islip
-didn't have many friends at first
-3/95 - parents got divorced, and i remained in Islip with my dad
-in 5/95 i got tired of being picked on and having no freinds so i started lifting weights
-by 10th grade I was Bench Pressing 225

This is me during the summertime, catch me anytime between september and april and I do not look like this, however, during that time of the year I do get pretty big :)

1) Old Friends from the Marines, High School, and other Places I've met people in the past.

2) More clients to train, so if you'd like to train with me, message away, I like training people who really like to work, but if you need a push, I'm also your guy, cause I can always find ways to get you motivated. I've currently developed an interest in wanting to train, extreme athletes(for example Boxers, MMA Fighters, Motocross Racers, Surfers, Skaters, basically anyone who likes to do sports where they don't care if they get hurt and need a high level of conditioning where they require balance, stability, strength, and power) I won't teach you any new techniques, or how to perform in your sport, however, I have various equipment and techniques for advancing your level of conditioning, and improving your balance, coordination, and your skill and ability level that will have a high carryover to whatever you are doing, so if you fit this category, let me know. And if you don't believe me, go to my blog and watch my videos, and see just how much I have improved myself and the type of exercises I use(the one's on my page are mostly just basic lifts, lol, the fun stuff is in the blogs :)

3) People interested in health, fitness, and/or bodybuilding/weightlifting like myself.

4) I'm not prejudice or anything, but if your a random gay guys, I'm not gay and I don't feel like getting comments with half naked men on them, this really grosses me out, but however I don't discriminate, so if you need help with fitness advice, have workout questions, or are interested in personal training, I'll still help you out...

5) Anyone interested in viewing this little project I'm doing until April 4th(read blogs for details.) I may also be extending this thing, not for weight loss, but might just keep cranking my extreme videos out, so make sure you subscribe to my blog, if your interested in seeing what I'll do next, or if you just want ideas because your getting bored of your workouts.

As of right now I'm trying to promote "Project Billy" so all friend requests are open, if you request me, I'll approve it...
