not all pretty, but real. good teeth (bless you, m&d) and i know my horticulture.
wanderlusting, music-making with friends--even if it's just our house band, acting, photographing--esp. people, taking trains, giving back, discovering the intersections of faith and art and service, traveling and exploring new places...next: iceland!, knowing and being known in community, dancing appropriately only part of the time, getting my hands dirty, walking through the farmer's market in union square, eating cream puffs, growing things esp. fragrant things like opal basil, leadership and ethics, appreciating and being inspired by lots of film/theatre/and visual art--a section in itself, holistic health, making collages and homemade cards, hiking/camping/exploring the natural world, historic preservation and environmental conservation, yoga, hanging out with my great family when we get the chance, cooking with friends and eating on the patio, roadtripping, journaling+sketching, reading on the subway, drinking coffee in the morning by the window, laughing, praying and listening
generous, pumping hearts, curious minds and some funny bones
my talented assortment of singer-songwriter friends:
ashley jones, dusty brown, joely pittman, zach williams, keegan, jeromy barber, steph johnson, susan enan, tj moss...check 'em out before they're hitting the red carpet
my favorite to date: little miss sunshine! i was supposed to go see 'once' tonight...but went out on a boat in the new york harbor instead. next time, sunshine cinema!
not really, though i could probably have gotten into LOST.
let's see... right now? the bible and the new york times online. i need to make that summer reading list..
my family, my friends, and jesus, and anyone who "has sought and found how to serve"--albert schweitzer.
