Behind Every Disaster began in 2007, but it had already been in the works ever since high school friends Brandon Brye and Dave Cunningham met each other. Brandon and Dave decided to put a band together after Brandon's return from Florida in early 2007. Brandon, who had been part of such bands as "All Left Out", "The Stomach Monkeys", and "The Flux Capacitor", finally felt at home playing music with his good friend Dave. Growing up, their taste in music was very similar. Listening to mostly punk rock music from the 90's. It wasn't until the Fall of 2007 when Brandon and Dave finally met the final member of the band.

Ed Palmer, who had met the two through friends at work, was a Chicago native and had moved to Wisconsin at a young age. He also grew up listening to the same punk rock and alternative rock as Brandon and Dave did. The three quickly became friends and started to play music with one another. It wasn't until the winter of '07 when things really started to get serious.

The guys started writing their own songs and started to play several shows at The Warehouse in their hometown of LaCrosse, WI. Eventually branching out to play shows in the Twin Cities and all over the midwest. By Spring of 2008 the band got together to recorded a live five track demo CD. This just fed their hunger for more shows and bigger shows. The year of 2008 finally came to a close and the band decided to head into the studio to record a ten track full length CD. B.E.D. came out in March of 2009. With tastes of early Blink-182, Say Anything and Brand New, B.E.D. is surely a CD worth picking up.

This year is going to be full of more shows and more songs! It's all going to be bigger, faster, and harder! Keep rocking all you little BED Heads!
