Danny Evans aka Top Finesse moved to California in June, 2008 to pursue his career as a Rapper/Songwriter. Top originally from Norwalk, Connecticut has been diligently performing throughout the Los Angeles and Ventura Counties creating a local buzz, while maintaining his buzz back home.
