PUTOKAZI CD - TRECA ZEMLJA


TRECA ZEMLJA ... in stores ...
Our ethno projects "Zemlja" (1997) and "Nova Zemlja" (2000) have generated great interest over the years. This has resulted in the record label ORFEJ having decided to release a new CD which will be a mixture of the selected and most memorable songs from the two projects. It will be called TRECA ZEMLJA. As a gift to our audience, the new CD will include bonus tracks with an emphasis on the two exceptional remixes of one of the most popular themes from the Putokazi collection – the song "Naranca".
The albums "Zemlja" and "Nova Zemlja" have been made in collaboration with Elvis Stanic, a multiply awarded jazz musician (awarded this year as well). Being the author of the complete music material on one album, he also signs the ethno themes interpretations on the other.
The project TRECA ZEMLJA is kept exclusive, appears as limited edition and ... it is in stores right now!

And don't you forget! TRECA ZEMLJA is a sweet foreplay for the album that has been recently announced by our new single "Output" and continued respectively with the hit "Voyager/Putnik" from the album of Sasa Markovski – Diskonekted. We are currently working on the final mix...

The band "PUTOKAZI" (tr.: The SIGNPOSTS)
from Croatian city of Rijeka is a unique musical phenomenon on the Croatian music scene. They are a band which has been successfully resisting all attempts of categorization and selection to a standard musical department. Their unusual formula, which does not tolerate fast consumption, combines part-singing, dancing and movement thus creating a unique audio-visual experience that is pleasing for both the listeners (or viewers) and the performers.

In its form, "PUTOKAZI" is a choral ensemble of up to seven singers in concert, artists which perform choral singing in modern arrangements. The performance involves stage and dance movements...
