Ocean is the progressive trance project of Thomas Dubreuil, french composer, producer and sound designer born in Paris in 1975.
After 2 albums, 2 compilations and numerous tracks released on the most prestigious psytrance label under Altöm, touring and playing major events around the world, Thomas moved to Barcelona and started 2 solo projects : a psytrance/full-on project called "Voyager", and "Ocean", more oriented towards electro and progressive trance. In parallel, he's still doing sound design and music for TV and commercials, and produces music for a few artists and singers.
In 2008, he released his first tracks under Ocean: "Shadow of the Light" on Flow Records, and "The underground, baby" on Blue Tunes Recordings. A lot more is coming...stay tuned !
Ocean is seen as really original compared to the releases off most of the progressive labels today. It mixes electro beats, with fat and groovy bassline, with an undescriptible emotional feeling on top, and, as always, a massive production.
