danbar

danbar hails from The People's Republic of Cork in deepest, darkest, southern Ireland and has recently started writing in the third person. In the previous year and a half he has djed alongside 2ManyDjs, Tom Middleton and Williams, along with a host of electronic gigs at various venues and parties in Cork city. In March 2009 he played a 3 hour set at the state of the art Zenzi Mills club in Mumbai alongside fellow Corkman and expat ENFP (the difficult and eccentric VJ genius). Since August 2008 danbar has been fiddling around with various computer programmes to create interesting noises and beats in a melodic Techno stylee. However a full production set up has only recently been acquired (yesterday in fact) hence all the tracks have been taken down for some phattening down and crisping up.... More recently Dan has started producing Dubstep from the deep end, under the moniker of [SCAVENGER], in an attempt to take the Urban out of Dubstep, and replace it with some Rural bass theories. He is also involved in the Rent To Kill project with fellow Cork producer Arborist, with one track made and more in the strobe-lit pipeline.
