State Of Affairs [LOOKING FOR GIGS]

About Me

State of Affairs are around 4 years in the making
We play firmly in the punk rock/pop punk genre and most importantly we're not stuck up arseholes. =) We play to have the best time possible and spread the good mood wherever we play, please come down and give us a watch!
We gig as often as we can and wherever we can! We got, "Batman," played on a Sunderland radio station last year which was canny mad, and we played Stanley Fun Day 2007 from the back of a lorry, which was quality!
Here's a snippet from a review of us; "There’s never been a dull moment with the lads. From the smallest audience in “The Big H.L.” (for those of you who don’t speak Betty, that’s the Highlander at White - Le - Head) to packed out rooms like The Raven Hotel in Ebchester, and the Demi in Consett, the band keep the whole room roaring along with them, alive with an insane energy that radiates and reverberates right to the very last note."
"In a scene notorious for one gig wonder bands and numerous line up changes, it’s good to see a band that have withstood the test of time. State of Affairs, since their first gig all those long years ago, have managed to make quite a name for themselves"
By Beki Smith - Maelstrom Promotions.
So after a small break we are back to regular practices again, now doing so in Heaton at First Avenue Studios.
Working on some new material, and gigging to get some money for another recording session.
So come check out our next gig to hear some new tunes in advance or keep watching our space for updates =)
