A'lan was born in Long Beach, California. After the passing of his father in 1990, A'lan moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan, tlhe birthplace of his parents. A'lan first played an instrument in the fifth grade, picking up a guitar. He would soon learn to play the trombone in the sixth grade. A'lan played trombone from the sixth grade up until 12th grade, traveling overseas to tour with an international jazz band out of Michigan. A'lan first starting producing in the 9th grade. He has been producing since then, perfecting his craft. A'lan sings, writes, and produces his own music. And he did it all from his laptop!! Look out for him!! He is an artist on the rise
