I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Who really knows what to write about themselves. I work at the university of Illinois with the Army ROTC and the National Guard. I am a recruiter, but I dont recruit everyone I meet, just every other. Its trying, but you gotta love what you do if you ever plan to be any good at it. I also work at the Assembly Hall as well doing security for home Illini games and concerts. No, before you ask, I cannot get you tickets.
Love Illini Basketball, the military, family, Dallas Cowboys, good friends, rec basketball/softball, Eclipses, guitars, motorcycles, popcorn, Playstation, black animals apparently, jimmy johns, Bacardi, java monsters, any good wine, backrubs, southern comfort, country music, 80's hair bands, small towns, real people, lazy Sundays, and I have been known to occasionally sing a karaoke song or two.
Outside of work I go to the gym quite a bit to pass the time. Watching movies does the trick too. Anything outdoors or sporty during the summer ie....(coaching sports, biking, fishing, running, rollerblading, boating, or tubing). Going out and drinking a beer or five is always a plus too although it is few and far between when that happens anymore. Never seems to be much time for that.
Message me on here or if you don't see something you want to know or your ready to join the Guard, haha!!!!

My Interests

My interests are mainly athletic and sports. I play rec softball at Parkland, coach little league baseball for champaign county, play basketball with co-workers, bike occasionally, use the gym frequently, and play some rec volleyball. My interests that I am not involved in are the NFL and the DALLAS COWBOYS. University of Illinois athletics and anything that involves the orange and blue. I have the tendency to play a few video games now and then and movies are always a big hit and concerts have there appeal as well.

DWARE UNLEASHED VIDEO

I'd like to meet:

Other than a few famous people, who are the f%$#in poop or a family member or two from the past, I can say that their is no one I want to meet.
I have a crazy ass family who will do it proper through the good and bad times, some good friends who know how to make any day a party, some great co-workers, possibly insane, who I serve with, the best damn soldiers this Army has ever seen, and the icing on the cake is my backbone to it all, Keri.
To think that their was a woman out there that was willing to put up with me in all my glory for an extended amount of time was far stretched. Let alone to end up with the girl who would not only put up with it, but might be as crazy at times if not more so. The fact that a year ago neither of our friends or family thought we would ever settle down or keep a relationship for more than a month or two and now here we are. Finding someone that rounds you out has been awesome, and she's hot to boot, lol! Somethings are better left not understood, but damned if you don't enjoy them once you have them.

Music:

Tha ILLINI remix Video

************************************************************ *****************Country primarily, but there is really nothing that I don't listen to. Johnny "Motherfuckin" Cash, Matchbox Twenty (Rob Thomas), Aerosmith, Toby Keith, Bryan White, Jim Brickman, Guns n' Roses, Phil Vassar, Poison, Keith Anderson, Good Charlotte, Tim McGraw, Rodney Atkins, Jason Aldean, Chris Cagle, All American Rejects, Blink 182, Eminem, AC/DC are among the most listened to right now.

Movies:

Too many, but a few of my favorites.....Varsity Blues, Top Gun, Bad Boys II, Remember the Titans, Shawshank Redemption, Rudy, Boondock Saints, Boiler Room, American Outlaws, We Were Soldiers.

Television:

ESPN................ Never watch to many new shows. Never seems to be enough time. I do try and catch ER, Law and Order SVU, Kyle XY, Army Wives, and Family Guy. Otherwise it is reruns of whatever happens to be on. ALF, Home Improvement, Grounded for Life, and Dukes of Hazzard are a few of those.

Books:

Gotta jump on the Phenomenon and say Harry Potter! Read em, Own em, Love em! Anything David Baldacci is awesome reads. Also gotta love Auto-Biographies and War Memoirs or just a Sports Illustrated.

Heroes:

Emmitt Smith(Dallas Cowboys all-time leading rusher) My parents (everyone should have a hero in their life that influences them daily) Steven Tyler/Aerosmith (How the Demon of Screaming is still going is beyond me) NYPD/NYFD ( Who better symbolizes what a true hero is) American Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines.
