The Salt City Rag is not "left" or a "Right" Organization, we are just people who have concerns and ideas, our primary function is a newspaper, newsletter, ect. But we do other functions as well. We cover things from Education to the Environment, to War, to Peace, to just about anything really.
The time has come where we as the youth cannot sit idly by and watch things happen, like the war, the poisoning of our planet, the tyranny, the corruption, and the suffering of our fellow human beings. We must organize, we must protest, we must rally, we must march, we must spread awarness of these issues any way we can!! We have to stand up for what is right. This war and what is happening to our beautiful planet is not just our right, our future is in the balance, We are the future!!We must organize!! bring hell to your campuses, walk out, put up flyers, spread the word, but do this peacefully, for you cannot protest war and expect to bring peace to the table using violence. Wake up America!! Come together if you really want to support the troops, bring them home!! If you really want peace, bring the troops home. Peace, peace for all!! We must heal the earth, We must end this war I fear for the future, but I am confident that we can make the change, but to do this we must organize and we must put and end to this war, we must put an end to this tyranny, we must put an end to the pollution of our Earth!!

Green Tip Recycle. If you’re not at home, take the extra steps, (literally), to find that recycling can.
Green Tip Reuse your water bottle. Avoid buying bottled water, try to reuse everything at least once, especially plastics.
Green Tip Teach kids about the environment.
Green Tip Buy products that use recyclable materials whenever possible.
Green Tip Start a compost in your back yard or on your rooftop.
Green Tip Plan ahead and combine your errands.
Green Tip Don’t Shower everyday. Don’t take hour long shower, just take as much time as you really need.
Green Tip Plant your own vegi garden, and grow your own food.
