About Me


Hi there! My name is Patricia Rementer. I am a Wilton Method Instructor and Owner/Designer of Le-Gigi's Bakery. I'm a member of The International Cake Exploration Societh (ICES) is a large non-profit organization for cake decorating enthusiasts around the world. A member of Confectionery Artists Guild of Orlando (CAGO). I am located in Orlando, Florida. I teach for adults and young children of all ages. I also help and mentor those with senior projects. I love teaching those with the same passion as I have for the World of Confectionary Arts.....I teach four different Wilton four week classes from intro to more advance courses in confectionary arts. I also teach more advance courses in Cake Airbrushing, 3 feet Gingerbread Houses, Gum Paste Flowers, and how to bake the best Cookies ever and many more. I also design cakes made to creative expectations. You can view my work at www.legigisbakery.com. it will be fully launched by October of 08". Cake decorating has been a passion of mine since the age of eight. I find nothing more fulfilling than helping others with there dreams and making them come true.
This site was designed for all my students so they can view there cakes online and share with there friends and family. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoy teaching the classes.
