Wow, where to begin. I'm the wife of Scott, the mom of 3 grown and amazingly interesting young people (Jen, Quin and Jon - a little bit sing-songy, but I love them), mother-in-law to a lovely young woman (Jess), daughter to Howard and Linda, sister to Candy, and my treasured role ---- (drum role) da dada da grandmother of 5 beautiful children. I don't get to spend nearly enough time with any of them AND when I do finally get to see them it's a blessing and I treasure every moment of it ....That's been my whole life up til now and at nearly 50 MY life is just beginning. I've completed a very rewarding, although exhausting, 2-year training in massage therapy (the journey alone was worth the time spent in training), passed the licensing exam and have my license and establishment permits. I do oil paintings (landscapes and portraits) in all my copious spare time and am a prophetic prayer intercessor and minister. I work at 94FM The FISH/Solid Gospel Radio as an account exec and office manager and have a massage practice in an office in that building as well.I believe that God has a purpose for each and every one of us and that (even though I failed with my own children) parents are to be encouragers for their children to dream big and not be the stumbling blocks to them rising to their destiny in God.I pray that I can reach other parents before they have ruined their children's ability to dream and become all they dare to become. If not, we become the enemy in their eyes and that's what Satan desires and uses to tear families apart. It's not that we don't love them, we just can't make them understand it unless we are there pushing them to be more than average, more than "like everyone else".
