About Me

Hi, I'm Soo. My kids have persuaded me to have a MySpace as another way of keeping in touch. Here's a little bit about me. I live in sunny Manchester Ha! and I have 4 wonderful talented children of whom I am very proud. I dabble in art (I love pastels, but I also use watercolours, acrylics and pencil). I write poetry, but usually when I can't sleep or I'm fed up, so some of it's a tad dark. Most of It's not much cop! But I find it theraputic. I also design and make jewellery. I sell my work at a local gallery and various shops. ( All original artwork, jewellery and poems here belong to the artist and I maintain all copyrights and ownership. Thanks. ) My friends and family have all had at least one piece thrust upon them at christmas and birthdays,but they don't complain. Bless em! I love music and used to get to loads of gigs and festivals, but I've been a mum now for 29 years,which sort of put the mockers on my social life. So now I only get to large gigs every blue moon. (I do get to see my sons and friends bands regularly tho ) I have the most wonderful friends, 2 of which I have known for over 30 years and I consider them my sisters xx Have I said enough? or have I waffled on?
