Thank you for taking time out of your daily hustle to check out the myspace profile of H.I.T. Born Caroline Jayda Kirby on February 19, 1991, H.I.T. always knew she would grow up to be someone above average. The now 18-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, does not want to live a regular life.
"I don't have other options. I'm a rapper. I would rather be in the ground than be anything else."
Despite her sex and race both working against her, H.I.T. has found some respect on the streets of Naptown. However, many of her haters dislike her simply because she's female and caucasion.
"Everyone tells me that White girls shouldn't rap and that I'm taking a Black man's job. They tell me to be myself. But me being anything but a rapper wouldn't be H.I.T. I'd be fake."
Even with the lack of support from her family and close aqaintences, H.I.T. knows she is going to make it. "I wanna be signed by a major label, not so I can sell out, but so the world can hear my music."
H.I.T., which stands for Homicides In Town , has faced many struggles involving enemies who don't believe in her. But she doesn't let them hold her back. "I'll show them." She says. "I can't personally get back at everyone. But becoming famous, happy and successful would be the biggest and best revenge."
Watch for H.I.T.'s CD, which is coming very soon. "I know I'm about to blow up." She tells us. "I'm too dope not to. I can feel it."

Influences: My everyday day-to-day life and the regular stuff that happens to people is what influences me most but the rappers that inspire me the most are 2PAC, eminem, z-ro and lots of others. i like rappers from all over- the south, west coast, east coast, midwest, everywhere... as long as its real.
