Take a break from your workday to stop by for lunch and enjoy the freshest produce in Long Beach. The Long Beach Farmers Market features organic fruits and vegetables, flowers and crafts, and a delicious assortment of gourmet meals.Raw Inspiration is the non-profit sponsor for the California Certified Farmer's Markets. Profits from The Long Beach Farmers Market will be used to bring organic gardens to primary schools in and around Downtown Long Beach. Raw Inspiration's mission is to give schools the means to educate children in the cultivation of organic fruits and vegetables. In the future, children in Long Beach will have the opportunity to harvest and enjoy the fruits and vegetables they have grown.The market happens every Tuesday, from 11-3 and features a weekly concert of eclectic musical acts.
