I just turned twenty-three years old on August 16th. I finally feel like I'm figuring out my 'place' in this world. I've had my fair share of hard times throughout my life, but I didn't let them get the best of me. I always say ~ what soap is for the body, tears are for the soul. You must first learn to crawl before you can stand up and walk. I consider myself a very private person, but I don't mind opening up to someone if I feel that my past experiences and outcomes might help them in some way. I'm a really nice girl and I love meeting new people. However, alone time is something that I cherish and will always be extremely important to me. I hold myself and my loved ones to exceptionally high standards. This is only because there is no doubt in my mind that we can reach them, and in the end ... I want the absolute best for us all
I'm very into the 'holistic' lifestyle of living. Because of it, I have learned so much ~ not only about the world in general, but about myself as well. I am a strong believer in inner health, outer beauty. Though I am still fairly new to this way of living, I am grateful that I was introduced to it now at a young age and can continue to experience, learn, and grow within it. I can honestly say that I am in the best shape I have ever been in ~ physically, emotionally, as well as spiritually. I am currently in the process of becoming a certified Yoga Instructor / Personal Trainer. My ultimate goal in life is to have an exciting and rewarding career in which I can help people stay healthy and stress-free while finding their inner strength, beauty, love, and happiness
