Well, see.....I'm a Musical Theatre student at Oakland University, and ever since I left the corprate world in the dust I have been pretty much emersed in theatre. I can't get enough of it.Other activities that find themselves in the repitoar include Skiing, Diving (used to be a US Diver), swimming (competetive), rackquetball, tennis, whitewater rafting, music, the sax, theatre, dancing, photography, cookies, spending time with my friends, deep conversations over a bottle of wine..or just beer...whatever, summer nights, the list goes on...
Please....just be funny.
I'm into pretty much every type of music you can think of. Now, there are always exceptions to every rule, and the exception to my "every kind of music" rule are Rap and anything Rap related. Not like i'll have to worry about that much longer as all the rap "artists" keep killing eachother off.....I give the genre another 10 years ;) Other then that it's pretty much free range! My favorite type of music would have to be Jazz; I have played the sax for 18 years. It's what introduced me to music...at least autonomically. I used to listen to music all through my childhood...but the sax was my first musical outlet.
I'm adicted to them. They're fantastic in every way. My top ten all time favorites are.........are you ready.....here they come......get a pen.......the suspense is killing you.......wait for em.......ok enough of that. DREAMGIRLS!!!!!!! Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, The Good Girl, Garden State, Moulin Rouge, Chicago, Apollo 13, Frequency, Erin Brockovich, American Beauty, and So I Married an Axe Murderer. Not secessarily in that order.
"Men In Trees" is just yummy. Yummy in every single way. Another show that just kinda rocks my world is Medium; Patricia Arquette kicks quite a lot of A$$. I have to say that Scrubs is one of the funniest shows in television history. Any show that can make you pee a little....preeety much every time it's on is TV GOLD in my book. Additionally, Desprate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, and Boston Legal are definately worthy of your time.
A what? Book? How do you even pronounce that word? Nah, i'm not much of a novel fan. I have enough plays, music, and text books to read and there's only so much time in the day. Not to mention, i'm a very visual person and when it comes to sitting still and simply moving my eyes back and forth it just puts me to sleep. Two pages of a novel and it's LIGHTS OUT....LIGHTS OUT>>>>Nothing but a blank spot.
Anybody who makes it big on Broadway, Meryl Streep, people who can make light of any situation, the makers of Zyrtek without which I would be a raging allergic mess, air conditioning, my friends cause they're the best in the world, Stephen Sondheim....
