Merkz Beatbox is only at 16 years old and he is a beatboxer originating from East Ham, East London. When he first started to experiment with beatbox was when he was just 14 by watching various beatboxers from London. He started with the basic sounds to then progress with more complex sounds and effects.
Later as he progressed and got better he was noticed in secondary school for the technicality of his beats and the quality on how he replicated various grime tracks. Then in late 2007 he decided to take this talent onto a serious level. Nevertheless he is still improving and has a lot more to get down so do not think this is all that you will be hearing from him. It is hard to find another beatboxer his age with his skill.
Merkz is looking to work with artists/producers and with anyone offering studio time as he is working on a project which will be an all-from-the-mouth one.
