Cats on Ladders are an indie/acoustic/folk act from London consisting of Echo-Belle on Lead Vocals and Guitar, Benjamin on Bass Guitar, Aaron on Lead Guitar and Kristian on Drums.
The lead singer and drummer have been performing together in other bands since 2005; but in 2007 the late addition of Aaron to the equation proved to be the turning point of the band. In 2008 Benjamin Marshall began playing bass guitar and things were really comin together.
The combination of intricate drum beats, catchy riffs and meditative clever lyrics make Cats on Ladders a greatly entertaining and enjoyable band to both see and hear.
With influences ranging from Bright Eyes and Feist to Hendrix and Dylan, Cats on Ladders produce a diverse unique sound with a great selection of songs to suit all moods.
