Inseminate

Hail Hail Rock N' Roll

About Me

September 2005 Inseminate was formed with the line up of Tollef on guitar, Max on bass and Alex on drums and Andy on keyboard. However due to personal differences within the band Andy was fired.
Tollef, Max and Alex decided to try out a different line up and recruit a second guitarist instead of a keyboardist. After vigorous searching for a second guitarist they stumbled upon a lead guitarist who went by the name of Joe Thompson. This put Tollef on rhythm guitar.
Inseminate only needed a singer to complete the line up. Tollef and Max had a friend who had a prestigious acting career and a fantastic stage presence. One day something happened that had been driving Max crazy, he was searching for the answer, but none of them saved him. So he begged Lewis to sing for the band, he said yes.
Together with the complete line up Inseminate started with covers of famous songs and then went into writing their own material.
After three months of being together Inseminate split up and went their separate ways.
Six months later Inseminate decided to re-form and make another go of the band.
One month after reformation Lewis was found dead of an alcohol overdose in the back seat of his friend's car. He died from both choking on his own vomit and hypothermia.
Inseminate thought the band was over before it began. The band members considered quitting, but they were encouraged to continue by Sullivan's parents.
After two months without a vocalist Joe Thompson decided to pass the torch of lead guitar to Tollef and step up to the challenging task of the bands new lead singer. Lewis had once praised Thompson's powerful voice. Now with a new fixed line up Inseminate are currently composing new material ready for their debut album 'Curly Wattage'
